Anti-Inflammatory Pantry
These are some items that I use frequently and always have on hand to make fantastic meals the inflammation free way. I am very particular about the brands that I use, making sure that there are no unnecessary preservatives, no oils except for olive oil, and no sugar added. I hope to add to this list as I progress
Lots of colorful fresh veggies - love red and yellow peppers and anything in the cabbage family best
Deep Sea Fish
Limited poultry, pork and beef (we will get into that later)
