Spiced Shrimp with Avocado Oil

 
1 ½ Pounds Shrimp, peeled and deveined
¼ tsp kosher salt or to taste
½ Tbsp - Some like it hot
or 
1 Tbsp chili powder
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp ground coriander
½ tsp ground oregano

2 T avocado oil
Lime Wedges
Avocado Wedges

Mix all spices and lightly coat shrimp.  Heat 1 Tbsp of the avocado oil in a skillet on medium heat and fry shrimp till cooked, or grill the shrimp lightly drizzled with 1Tbsp avocado oil.  Place shrimp on platter and drizzle with remaining oil and serve with wedges of Lime and Avocado.
