Olive and Artichoke Tapenade
1 1/2 cup kalamata olives
1 cup green olives
1/2 cup artichokes
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
put all items in a food processor and pulse to chop, keep the ingredients chunky. Serve with whole wheat baguette, or use on white fish as a sauce or topping.
