Asian Sesame Stir Fry Tofu Scramble
8 ounces soft tofu, drained
1 cup red bell pepper, diced
1 cup green onion, sliced thinly
1 cup broccoli, cut into small florets
1/2 cup cauliflower minced to the size of rice
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp ginger, minced
1 Tbsp garlic lovers
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp Liquid Braggs
Heat a frying pan on medium high and add the oil to heat, then place the red onion and green onion and saute for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and ginger and continue to saute for about 4 minutes or until the peppers start to become tender. Add broccoli, cauliflower and garlic lovers to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes, then crumble the tofu into the pan and heat through. Splash with Liquid Braggs and serve immediately.
