Tempeh Gyro's



Greek Marinade Ingredients:

3 tbsp paprika powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp fresh oregano
1 tsp fresh thyme 1 tsp fresh rosemary
1 Tbsp fresh parsley
1 Tbsp fresh marjoram
4 cloves garlic minced
3 T olive oil
zest of one lemon
juice of 3 lemons


8 ounces unseasoned Tempeh

Flat bread
Hummus
Tzatziki
Greek salad

Select your favorite fresh herbs and chop fine. Then mix all ingredients in a small bowl to make a paste


 Then place the tempeh on a plate and smother it on both sides with the mixture.  place in plastic wrap or a ziploc bag and place it in the refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour and up to 24 hours.




  Heat up the grill and cook the tempeh until it is browned and caramel colored.
